01 · What We Build
AI agents, workflow automation, and retrieval systems that take real work off your team.
We design and deploy AI systems that plug into the tools your business already runs on: retrieval-grounded agents, workflow automations, and decision support that read your data, take defined actions, and log what they did. Some of it we have already built and can adapt for you in days; the rest we scope from your own process. Either way, we start from the manual work being removed and the hours it costs today.

Support, sales, and operations agents that hold context across a conversation, call your internal APIs, and escalate to a person with a clean summary when confidence drops.
Event-driven automations connecting your CRM, inbox, billing, ticketing, and sheets, so routine multi-step processes run without anyone opening a tab.
Search and question answering grounded in your own documents, tickets, and product data, with the source cited on every answer so your team can verify it.
Routing between models by task, prompt caching, and token budgets so quality and spend are both under your control as volume grows.
Test sets built from your real cases, output validation, and human review gates, so behaviour is measured before it reaches a customer rather than after.
Every run recorded (inputs, tool calls, cost, latency, and outcome) so a bad answer can be traced and fixed instead of guessed at.
These are working agents we adapt to your data, tone, and tools, usually live within one to three weeks. Anything not on this list, we build from your process instead.
Finds high-quality leads that match your criteria, then either contacts them on your behalf and books the replies into your calendar, or hands you the vetted list to work yourself.
Runs your company page and personal profile on autopilot: posts on a schedule, engages the right conversations, and grows followers, impressions, and network while you do other work.
Handles your business WhatsApp end to end: answers customer queries from your own information, takes and reschedules bookings, and escalates to a person the moment one is needed.
Grows your page by posting consistently and engaging on your behalf, lifting profile impressions and reach, while answering DMs and comments and taking bookings in the conversation.
Manages your inbox and replies to it: triages what arrives, drafts responses in your tone, then either sends them outright or holds them for your approval, whichever you prefer.
Answers repetitive customer questions from your own help docs and past tickets, then hands anything outside its scope to a human with the whole conversation already summarised.
Explains your offering to site visitors, answers pricing and fit questions, qualifies them against the criteria you set, and routes the good ones straight to your sales team.
Screens inbound CVs against your role brief, produces a ranked shortlist with the reasoning attached, and handles the scheduling back-and-forth for every interview it books.
Most of our work is custom. Describe the process you want removed and we will tell you whether it is worth automating, before you spend anything.
We map the manual workflow end to end, put rough numbers on the time it consumes, and identify which steps are genuinely safe to automate.
Architecture, data flow, model choice, and integration points are agreed and written down before production code is started.
We build in short iterations against a test set drawn from your own data, so quality is judged on your cases rather than a public benchmark.
A staged rollout behind guardrails, then monitoring, tuning, and cost work as real usage patterns show up.
About AI Systems.
In most cases, yes. We integrate over REST and GraphQL APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, Google Workspace, and the common CRM and helpdesk platforms. If a tool has no API and no export, we will say so early rather than build around a workaround that breaks later.
One of the agents listed above, adapted to your data and tone, is typically live in one to three weeks. A custom system built around your own workflow usually runs four to ten weeks depending on how many integrations it touches. We give a firm range after the audit, not before.
Projects are quoted as a fixed scope with a fixed price after the audit call, so there are no hourly surprises. On top of that you pay your own model usage, typically a few cents per run, and we show you the projected monthly figure before you commit.
We assume it will. Every system ships with confidence thresholds, validation on structured outputs, and a defined escalation path to a person. We agree that failure behaviour with you during design, and the logs let us trace exactly what went wrong afterwards.
The system gets the narrowest data access it needs to do the job. We use API tiers where your inputs are not used to train the provider models, can deploy inside your own cloud account where that is a requirement, and will sign an NDA or DPA before we see anything sensitive.
No. We hand over documentation, a dashboard for the things you will want to change yourself, and a walkthrough for your team. Most clients keep us on a light monthly retainer for tuning and support instead of hiring for it.
Tell us what the work looks like today. We will come back with an approach, a timeline, and what it costs, with no obligation to proceed.
